DBOS, or Dylan B****** Operating System, was a programming project that I was running for a small time. What DBOS began as was me learning about OS and System modules within Python. I began to think about the idea of a shell that people could get their programs to run in, much like an OS. Then, I used Python to make a main system shell/mainloop, and came up with ideas of install scripts. Finally, I had something that could grow and develop. I began to run into nearly unfixable issues with DBOS, and eventually retired the project. You can see the DBOS page and get the final version here.
